Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. This can be done by calling, texting, or leaving a voicemail at any time of day or night. If you fail to cancel or reschedule before the 48-hour mark, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. We appreciate your understanding that our technicians' time is valuable, and cancelled appointments can be offered to other clients on our waiting list.
